Lavoce's MAF061.50 6-1/2 midrange driver is capable of high output midrange response with extremely low distortion. This driver features a powerful ferrite motor and lightweight cone and voice coil for incredibly high efficiency and dynamic output. The 1-1/2 edgewound CCA wire voice coil give the MAF061.50 the ability to handle up to 120 watts RMS (240 watts peak). With 97 dB sensitivity you can expect high output even with moderate input power. To keep inductance and distortion as low as possible the motor includes an integrated aluminum shorting ring. The waterproof treated paper cone has excellent damping properties and produces remarkably smooth response from 150 to 9.000 Hz for an easy transition to a woofers and tweeters. With a rugged construction and hi-fi type frequency response. the MAF061.50 will deliver incredible performance in any high SPL speaker systems.
