You just need to place the inlet/outlet hose in the proper position. tighten the hose clamp. connect the anode and cathode of the power clamp to the car battery properly. and press the button. The oil will be extracted by itself.
WARNING: This oil pump cannot be used to extract water. transmission fluid (too sticky). or flammable liquids (fuel. gasoline. etc.).
